What To Expect
A local office, not a call center
Tell us in plain terms what's going on — "my mother passed away and I don't know what I'm supposed to do," or "we've never had wills and we think it's time" is exactly the right level of detail to start with.
From there, we'll tell you what an initial meeting looks like and what to bring. An incomplete picture is a normal starting point.
Our Focus
Honest from the first call
Tungate Law concentrates on probate and estate matters. If what you need lies outside that focus, we'll say so plainly and, where we can, point you in the right direction.
Reaching out does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship; please hold confidential details until one is established. A phone call is the best first step.
