Probate runs through the circuit court — and this firm's founder, Susan Sumner Tungate, spent twenty years as a judge of the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit, which includes Iroquois County, after more than two decades in practice here.
That perspective — estate matters seen as the lawyer guiding families through them and as the judge deciding them — shaped this office, and it carries on in the practice now led by her nephew, J. Sumner Majer.
